Privacy
Privacy, in plain language.
This page describes what actually happens to the details you share with WebDesignLebanon — no more, no less.
What we collect
If you send a project brief through the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, business or organization name, the area that needs attention, your description, and — only if you choose to add them — a website or social profile URL and a timing preference. If you email [email protected] directly, we receive whatever your message contains.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, passwords or payment details.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to understand your enquiry and reply to it. The details are used to assess fit, ask better questions, and prepare a written direction or proposal. They are not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
How a brief travels
The form is delivered over an encrypted connection to a small serverless function on our hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages). The function checks the submission — including a Cloudflare Turnstile anti-abuse verification, which Cloudflare processes — and forwards it as an email to our inbox through a transactional email provider. Submissions are not stored in a database by this website.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. If traffic analytics are enabled, we use a cookieless, privacy-conscious service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that reports aggregate page statistics and does not identify individual visitors. Form contents are never sent to analytics.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and any project that follows from it, then deleted during periodic clean-ups.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion requests are honored unless an active project requires the information.
Changes
If the way this site handles data changes — for example, a different analytics tool or form processor — this page will be updated to match before or alongside that change.
